I think your choices there for Yellowstone are pretty good if you are taking the geyser basin route through the park. Those are all nice choices. The other might be a hike out to Lone Star geyser (not challenging at all, but a nice walk and even an opportunity to go off-trail to see some of the small thermals in the area (if you know where to look).

Tetons are easy. I'd either make a loop around Jenny Lake (although popular and busy) for the scenery or past String Lake to Bear Paw Lake. Nice lake hike without as many people.
