From Jackson, go north on U.S. Highway 26-89-191 approximately 12 miles to Moose Junction. Turn left (west) at the junction and continue to Moose. Route starts here or you can continue 4 more miles along Teton Park Road to Cottonwood Creek picnic area (for a 27.5 mile loop). I found this info from Trails.com, where they also have maps and more information. Hope this helps.
